I discovered this software the other day and what a great little piece of kit it is. It's free and there's no spy cr@p etc (I've run spybot but check yourself!). It's basically a macro maker logging keystrokes so you can automate logging into this site (if you've not got it to remember you...) for example, or basically anything repetitive you do everyday in any application. http://www.freewarehits.de/RemoteKeys.htm
