When I firsted joined Phil's website I vaguely recall seeing a wonderful video highlighting how to choose tradeable pairs. If memory serves me correctly, I may have seen this actually posted on another site. 

The video or tutorial outlined what to look for, but I cannot seem to recall all the details, but had something to do with the wicks and what time frames to look at.
