PhilNewtonFurSnatch indicator
This indicator provides you the flexibility to creat new H4 bar marks on any hour to match your server time with Phil's H4 bars. e.g. my broker server is GMT+1. If I want to match Phil's H4 bar (GMT2:00-6:00), I specify HrShift = 1. It also mark all the historic H4 bars so that you can easily manual test the entry and exit.
