Weekly ATR indicator for Tradestation Radar Screen

I've modified Tequilla6's Radar Screen indicators so that they display the 100 and 14 period Weekly ATR. These could be useful for the Furquad strategy

Copy the previous radar screen, right click on "Symbol", choose "Format all symbols" and change to "Weekly".
