Being in EST, trading your sessions is not realistic.  I am sure however that you have spilled over into the U.S. session and if so, I may be pick up a room subscription.

I am wondering, after seeing a post of yours, how you would utilize the 60 and 15 minute charts for intraday trading as opposed to the 4 hour bias.  Clearly, you would still use the tick charts for entry.
